Information submitted through this website

TTW records technical enquiries, approved customer account details and customer order requests so that it can respond, administer access and manage the commercial relationship. Passwords are stored only as one-way cryptographic hashes. Account sessions use secure cookies.

Attachments and controlled access

Files attached to an enquiry and documents assigned to customer accounts are stored separately from public website content. Access checks are applied by the server. Do not submit classified, unauthorised or highly sensitive information through the public enquiry form.

Use, retention and requests

TTW uses submitted information for the stated enquiry, account or order purpose and related legal, security and record-keeping needs. Information is retained only for as long as reasonably required for those purposes. To request access, correction or deletion where applicable, contact admin@geard.co.za.
